Rental Agreement

The simple version of how renting with Wildflower works. Read what delivery and setup include on our delivery page.

01Agreement

This Rental Agreement is between The Wildflower Denver LLC (the "Company") and the person booking the order (the "Renter"). It takes effect when you pay for your booking.
Submitting a booking request does not reserve your rentals. We confirm inventory, then send your payment link. Bookings need at least five days of lead time, and a standard rental lasts up to 72 hours, not counting Sundays.

50% is due now to reserve your rentals; the remaining 50% is due 14 days before your event.
Events within 14 days: full payment is due at booking.
Cancel 30 or more days before your event for a 100% refund; 30 to 7 days before for a 50% refund of rental fees; within 7 days, rental fees are non-refundable but delivery fees are refunded.
Changes to your order are allowed up to 7 days before your event; send them in writing. We'll refund eligible overpayments or invoice additions. Every booking, delivery or pickup, has a $400 rental minimum. If quantities drop the total below $400, we'll add a minimum order fee to bring it back to $400 unless you add more pieces.

Delivery is $100 plus $5 per mile from 80205. Your final delivery charge is confirmed before payment.
Basic delivery and pickup covers up to 50 feet from where our truck parks, ground level only — no stairs or elevators. It doesn't include setup or breakdown of tables, chairs or linens, or unpacking and packing dishes. Items that need our install, like champagne walls and dance floors, include it.
Setup & breakdown is an add-on starting at $300. Our crew places tables, chairs and linens, unpacks tabletop pieces, then repacks and loads everything after your event. The same 50-foot, no stairs or elevators limit applies.
Extra work beyond the agreed scope to set up, break down or pack items is billed at $50 per hour.
Someone must be available at your scheduled drop-off and collection times. If no one is available, additional charges may apply.

Free pickup and return are available on weekdays at 3150 Walnut St, Denver, CO 80205. Please arrive within 1 hour of your scheduled time with a vehicle of the right size.
Bring your own straps and securing equipment. We'll help you load, but we aren't liable for damage to your vehicle or to rentals during loading, unloading or transport.

Take reasonable care of your rentals and keep them in a secure place, protected from rain, snow and sprinklers.
Dishes, flatware and glassware: scrape and rinse, then return them to the bins, crates and racks they came in. No washing needed.
Linens: shake off food and return them dry. Furniture, lounge pieces and decor: wipe off spills and return them as you received them.

Rentals are provided as-is, without warranties of suitability for a particular purpose. We make sure every piece is in good working condition before it leaves.
Significant damage or loss (above 1% of the rented quantity) may be charged to repair or replace. Pieces damaged beyond repair are charged at full replacement cost. A refundable security deposit may be required, detailed separately when it applies.
Rentals must be returned on the agreed date. Late returns are charged 100% of the rental rate per day until returned or until the replacement cost is reached.
We aren't responsible for accidents, injuries or damage caused by misuse of rentals. Please use every piece safely.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive the right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising from this Agreement.
