What's included

Delivery vs. Setup

Basic Delivery & Pickup

$100 + $5/mile from 80205

  • We drop off and collect your rentals within 50 feet of where our truck parks.
  • Ground level only — no stairs or elevators.
  • Pieces arrive packed in their bins, crates and racks; you unpack, place and repack them.
  • Chairs arrive stacked and tables arrive as transported.
  • Items that need our crew (like champagne walls) include their install.

Setup & Breakdown Add-On

From $300, quoted by order size

  • Everything in basic delivery, plus our crew places tables and chairs and lays linens.
  • We unpack dishes, flatware and glassware onto your tables.
  • After the event we gather, repack and load everything — you just rinse dishes.
  • We'll ask for your layout once your booking is approved.
  • The same 50-foot, no stairs or elevators limit applies.

Booking & payment

Deposits & Changes

No payment to request

Send a booking request with no card needed. We check inventory and confirm within 24 hours.

50% reserves your date

Once approved, a 50% deposit holds your pieces. The balance is due 14 days before your event; events inside 14 days are paid in full at booking.

Update quantities until 7 days out

Guest count changed? Send quantity changes in writing up to 7 days before your event. We'll refund eligible overpayments or invoice additions.
